Ethan Castillo is a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science, where he balanced academics with a deep involvement in UCLA athletics. As a former Student Equipment Manager for UCLA Athletics, Ethan helped to oversee the entire lifecycle of athletic apparel for 24 varsity teams. His role involved close collaboration with Nike and Jordan brand representatives, managing everything from product samples to inventory tracking.

In addition to his experience in sports apparel management, Ethan was a member of the UCLA Spirit Squad, serving as a cheerleader and mascot. He also managed verified social media accounts for the mascot and coordinated promotional events, further honing his organizational and marketing skills.

Currently, Ethan continues his passion for sports through game-day operations with both the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium. He serves as Flag Runner Team Captain for the Chargers, ensuring flawless execution of game-day events, and supports event operations with the Rams as a member of their Flag Crew.

With a strong foundation in sports apparel management and a commitment to delivering memorable fan experiences, Ethan is excited to continue pursuing a career in the sports industry.
